Hi guys,

I am trying to make the $95 for free shipping and 15% off, and I am considering ordering a 6-pack of Aquapel for $35 to meet the limit.

How is Aquapel in comparison to just waxing the windshield? Does it give excess fogging in rainy whether the way Rain-X does? I am a big fan of sealing the windshield and the rest of the glass with a wax or sealant to get that "Rain-X effect" but I think Aquapel would do a better job...for around $5 or $6 a pop, it would definitely be worth the price.

Let me know, I'd like to place the order soon and I can't think of anything else that I need right now.

Thanks,
Emile

Get Aquapel. Your customers will love you for it. Just make sure you clean the windows good before you apply it. It's WOWO so it's really easy to apply.

Oooh yes, I'm also interested in this.

I have some on order, which I plan to use on my side windows (currently I use RAIN-X for them) but I NEVER let it or anything else touch my front windscreen because it causes "fogging" or "smearing" (as in a white sort of fog that appears when wiping and "evaporates' shortly after the wipe has finished).

Does the Aquapel do this as well? I will still be buying some but I'll use it on my windscreen as well if it doesn't fog.

Thanks,
Matt

Well I placed my order already and decided to get two bottles of Klima Kleaner instead of the Aquapel.

I am also curious about fogging as I hated how RainX causes lots of fogging. I'm not sure if Glass Science is going to be any better because it's by the RainX guys and they also have a Glass Science Fog Clear product...

I have used AQUAPEL since it's inception. Make sure you have cleaned the glass as much as possible for the best results. When I can on customer vehicles and always on my own I do a POLISHING of the Glass first and try to remove any mineral deposits and other impurities. If you don't do a good prep job before application you are simply "LOCKING" the minute minerals and impurities into the Glass !

Aquapel is worth every cent ... no waxing needed.

Can you tell us what polishing process you are using.......I was looking at using Menzerna 106 with a white pad......what speed is recommended? What are you using to wipedown after polishing to ensure nmo oils are left over?

I like to instead of putting any kind of product on the windshield I just use a good chemical polish and it makes it as clean as possible and its like having rain x on it for 4 months or more!

clean glass and aquapel will bead water for almost a year. at least that is what i got for durability out of my last application.
