Worked on this RSX over the course of three days, owner was very pleased with the results. As you can tell, the paint was in pretty rough condition, especially considering the fact that this vehicle has just over 20 thousand miles.
What was done to the exterior :
- Wheels hit with Sonax full effect and iron x
- De-Bugged with TW Bug and Tar Remover
- Exterior wash using foam gun w/ CG Citrus Wash
- Door, hood and trunk jambs cleaned
- Aquartz Iron Cut to decontaminate
- Clayed entire exterior including windows
- Taped up
- 3 step - m105 -> menz sip -> menz SF
- Rubber and vinyl cleaned w/ ReNu
- Exhaust tip polished
- Windows clayed again and cleaned with prima clarity
- Wheels waxed with Prima Wheel Armour
- Exterior Wax -> Megs Ultimate Liquid Wax
Upon arrival
From the initial wash
Now you can see the true condition of the paint
Throughout the process :
It looked like Charlie Sheen sneezed on the car.
Wing removed to be worked on seperately
One final picture with the wing reattached.
