Here is our latest project, hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

This is a new Audi RS 5 in a stunning custom color, suzuka grey. It is a very subtle grey with a nice amount of metal flake in the paint. No doubt this will look amazing in direct sunlight, but we didn’t have any of that during the RS’s stay with us. Our shop lights were all we had, but we think it turned out amazing in any light!

After a visual inspection, It was booked in for our entry level Opti-Coat package, involving full decontamination and single stage polish to bring out the gloss. Opti-Coat, -Lens, and -Glass were all applied to the appropriate surfaces of this vehicle. Wheels and calipers coated as well.

During decontamination
Snow foam to loosen dirt, and an iron neutralizer to deep clean. Opti-Raser mild was also used

Debadge!
A little side project the owner wanted taken care of. As soon as he installs the new badges and sends me a pic, I will post. It is sure to look badass!

Paint Correction
Not a ton to show here, very light defects overall. There are two defects you can see in the top shot, corrected in the bottom

At first I thought the car was going to remain debadged ?!? I had to re-read!

He better swap out the badge on the grille too!

Since this picture I have popped out the little white license plate retainers

Yes, train horns behind the grille! Seldom used....nice to have...153dB

And I think totally debadged looks good on this car...maybe the owner will fall in love with it. At the same time, I am curious how the blacked out pieces will look.

I like your Yukon, that badging looks really nice.

I agree with you that he should black out the fronts too and even told him as much. At this point he can't be bothered to do anything different on the front. I'll show him your pic though...
 
Excellent work on the Audi, really digging the color, and the photos are also great.
 
The paint looks awesome on that Audi, nice job.
