Autopia name used by a detailer in my country

As far as I know, trademarks are country specific. If it's global brand (like Coca-Cola or Apple) they probably register in every country they do business in. There are very likely tons of businesses with the same name across the world, as long as they don't serve the same market there is no reason it would cause a problem.
