I recently purchased an order and had a problem with one of the products. Out of all my years of buying through AG this was my first issue so I figured I would call. No questions asked AG sent me a replacement at no additional cost. This is why I will always buy my products from Auto Geek:xyxthumbs:

I've also had an item arrive cracked (probably due to improper storage or shipping configuration) and they immediately sent a new one. They really are a great company with excellent customer service.

The service from AG is pretty awesome. Now I am planning on ordering a bigger order for my supplies for part time venture

My recent order I had an issue, it was 100% my mistake as I didn't read the description right. But AG fixed it on their dime. Can't ask for better service than that.

I had an issue woith my last order. The megs APC 1 gallon bottle had a hole in it.....what a mess....thank God for the packing paper that soaked up most of it. I called customer service...and you guys are awesome:dblthumb2::dblthumb2::dblthumb2:. No questions asked....new ! gallon APC bottle on the way. Its nice to know that the customer service at AGO is so great.
