Backing plate : Which one to buy?

What's the difeference between the following two :

Dual-Action Hook & Loop Flexible Backing Plate 5"

DA 5 Inch Flex Backing Plate

Please help. I will be using these with the PC and 6.5 Lake County pads

Would really appreciate some responses. I am planning to pull the trigger tomorrow(http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/showthread.php?t=2886). Refer to my other post about my big buy...

both are good choices, well unless going with the Edge kit since it uses no backing plate, but the second link is considered the better build piece.
