Ban of BBC Top Gear in the U.S ?

On the bright side with him having time to worry about what a guy on a tv show in a foreign country may have but really didn't say we must be doing well with everyone back to work, no crime or murders and roses and sunshine everywhere you look. What a joke. What happened to free speech? Not everyone has to agree with you, it isn't illegal to be racist or a jerk.
 
If this was true (not sure it really is), a number in Hollywood folks would be banned along with their movies and tv shows including Fox News and MSNBC!
 
This is ridiculous. As many have stated before, this world, mainly the US, has gone to ####.

It's not like the president has the authority to decide what can or cannot be shown on TV. Even if he wanted to stop the show from airing he couldn't.

It's kind of a joke what passes for a "news article" nowadays.

King Obama doesn't have the power to ban any TV show. Maybe he should fix Obama Care instead. The reimbursements rates are horrible.

What he should do is come clean with Benghazi, Fast and Furious, Solyndra, IRS scandal, going after freedom of the press with AP News and Fox news, Obamacare and many more. Because there wasn't even a "smidgeon" of corruption with any of those scandals.

So what he really wants to do cause Racial Warfare, Class Warfare, Social Warfare and Income inequality Warfare.....But sorry for the rant!!! This is a detailing Site and I apologize for any political views!

I have seen this program and the host can sometimes be an idiot...but to ban him from stupidity? C'mon....Obama again going after the 1st amendment!!

This one I will have to respectfully disagree on. I live in Orange County, CA next to LA. He already has had several discrimination Law suits from minorities from the property he owns. All settled without blaming discrimination.

It always has been known he was cheap and a racist, but not proof. This was a clear and proof he was a bigot and a racist. The BBC host just "mumbled" and did not clearly demonstrate racism. Sterling did. The BBC host was stupid.

He has no sorrow for what he stands for and he reccently was quoted by a high society magazine saying he should have paid her off for keeping quite.

Amazing that this tool has no shame and he seems to admit he is a biggot. He changed his last name to Sterling so it could appear that he wasn't Jewish.

A person not even proud of his heritage to me IMO is a hypocrit

I think the whole Sterling situation is wrong itself. Recording someone without their permission...etc.

I am a minority and have grown up as 1st Generation Korean/American and I see no color just people. Donald Sterling sees color and that is a shame.

Dude, I don't think he'll even have time to worry about Top Gear. He's too busy practicing his golf swing for the next 18 holes he's gonna play. Our country is so screwed up, in California, a school in a city near my hometown has banned wearing any shirts with American flags on them for Cinco de Mayo. Not only that but a court ruled in favor of the school because they feared racial tensions. That's what happens when you have a bunch of liberal loonies in charge of the country.
 
None of this wil be relevant once Iran goes nuclear.
In the meantime we can concentrate on important things like British TV hosts.
