Been pondering between wax and sealant

Sealers =more protection and longer, shiner, more reflective.
caranubas+ shorter protection time, wetter, deeper looking
These are only generalities, so no one jump down my throat!
Concensus usually is, for best looks and protection, use a nuba on top of a sealer after its fully cured.

sealants --- durability (length of protection) , reflective, bright, glossy

waxes --- warmer, offer depth, wet

it really comes down to the environment, as well as your personal car grooming habits. If your gonna wax monthly no matter what, then either will do. If you want to leave it and forget it, then a sealant is usually the correct choice.

Since WG went on sale I've been filling up a new shopping cart. I'm kinda in a dilemma. I've been wanting to try WG's DG Spray Sealant. I was ecstatic with the results of WG DG sealant. So I was thinking when I polish again I would Top with WG DG sealant, then on a weekly bases maintain with WGDG Spray Sealant. The dilemma is will I be satisfied with the results? My Altima is black So on one hand it looks great when its shiny and glossy, but on the other hand it looks sick when you have that Deep, dripping, wet, look. A typical problem with black cars is that you see everything. I try my best to prevent, minimize, and hide those imperfections. Should I stick with wax as my topper? will the sealant or booster hide anything? Hows the beeding and sheeting compare?

I do Apologize if it seems I have tried to Highjack this thread. Thats not my intent.

IMO, the sealant gives a better beeding and sheeting than wax. I've noticed when I top WG with Souveran the Souveran looks great but does not sheet water as good when I just had WG layered.
