any suggestions on the best cleaner for spraying underneath and power washing off? Diluted simple green has been doing okay but it's leaving residue and isn't that great on greasy stuff.

If it's a typical greasy under body or bottom of the engine I have been using Gunk Foamy Spray Engine Cleaner. It will loosen layer after layer of oil then dirt then oil and so on.
I have put many a greasy dripping POS on my lift and sprayed the underside with a couple of cans. After washing it down with my pressure washer I am now able to track down the leak that caused the mess in the first place.

I washed the underneath of my Silverado after I first purchased it.

Don't have pictures of me laying on my back in a puddle of water scrubbing her down but I used Amazing Roll-Off inside a Tornador Air Foamer Gun

Of course, it's easy to get under my trucks as they're all lifted.

Take this for what it's worth, but I have found Optimum Power Clean to be amazing for cleaning used motor oil off of things.

I use Meguiar's Super Degreaser D108. $16.99 for a gallon that dilutes up to 11 gallons at 10:1 or up to 5 gallon at 4:1.
