I have a King Ranch truck that has Aniline or uncoated leather. Currently I'm using leatherCPR, and it seems to be working great. What I want is something that will soak in deep and make it much more softer. I seen the leatherique stuff, but you don't want to scrub or really wipe anything into or off of the Aniline leather because you can turn it into suede... Anything else out there that would work?

I was thinking on Leatherique. The KR stuff isn't anything too special from what I've read...

Leatherique probably.

if it was me, I would stick with Leather Master products.

After looking into it more, the Leather Master is still water based. Not saying thats bad, but to me an oil based product would seem to soak in better... I dont know, hence why Im here.

I'd be afraid that if a leather product was too "oily", instead of being "water-based", it would soak-into the
leather-surfaces to such a depth that it would wind-up "wetting" the seat-padding to an undriable-extent...
As well as "darkening" the leather to an undesirable patina.

You can always contact AGO forum member:
judyb; or, the company she works for (overseas): LTT.

Or...If time is of the essence:
I'll suggest either calling/going to your local Ford dealership;
or, visiting King Ranch's website for this product I posted previously:

This "Aniline Cleaning & Protection Kit" from LTT:

Can we get that in the states? The website doesn't say anything about conditioning the Aniline leather.. Unlike coated leather aniline absorbs into the leather as we know.

There's always some of the "LTT Aniline Kits" on fleabay.

Still...IMHO:
It'd be so much easier to go with:
What's in the King-Ranch-Leather-Conditioner-bottle...
for Ford vehicles having the: King Ranch Leather-appointments.

Yeah but all across the board its known to not be effective nor last long

I'm talking on other forums . the KR conditioner doesn't last that long

It sounds odd that a King Ranch truck, or any truck, would have aniline (uncoated) leather seats. Even the latest models of high-end luxury sedans have moved from aniline to coated leather because of its durability.

In any case, aniline leather is normally conditioned using a traditional oil-based product. If you are looking for alternatives to Leatherique's expensive Rejuvinator, you could try a couple inexpensive products like Lexol Conditioner on one seat and Leather Master Vital on the other seat. Then compare and let us know your findings.
