I have been using the Big Blue Towel and leaf blower.... no too bad...not great.

Which towel is best to soft black paint?

Considering Cobra Guzzler HD....

I use a leaf blower and usually one towel. What is this big blue towel you speak of and where can i find it?

Blot soft black paint with any good drying towel and you should be good to go.

On my black car I like to use a plush cobra... Like the 600s and always blot.

Microfiber Madness Dry Me Crazy.
But the best, is none at all: Master Blaster!

Love me some Mothers........on soft black paint blot blot blot.

I do not blot blot blot...which must explain the swirls....

Which one to pick....

a. Mothers Ultra Soft Drying Towel
b. Cobra Guzzler HD Waffle Weave
c. Cobra Guzzler Waffle Weave
d. other

Thanks for the help...want to buy one of these tonight!!

I would get the Guzzler HD because of the foam core. It works great at soaking up water. Then you can follow up with either a quick detailer or spray wax with a plush microfiber towel.

Mother's also has the core and is on sale....

I still like one big green guzzler for drying ... after my Master Blaster and add in some detail spray.

The winner is letter "C" for Supreme Guzzler....

I plan to get two.... or maybe this will be a BOGO....hint hint

I use the Viking waffle weave towel sold on Amazon. I've used it through five washes already and it dries better than the first time. I final rinse the car with the open hose method then dry top to bottom, it's big enough so I can swing it across the roof to get where I normally can't reach, and I fold it when I dry the bottom so it doesn't touch the ground. I have two fairly big vehicles, and the best part is I NEVER NEED to wring it out while drying.

I'm evenutally going to spring for a Guzzler, but I just bought this same towel from Amazon too. I figure it's worth a shot for the money!
