What do you guys recommend to protect cloth seats? I've never had cloth seats in a car before so I have no idea. I was thinking either 303 high tech fabric guard or CG fabric guard. Any opinions or other options? Thanks.

Only used 303 so far on just my floormats and no complaints. Makes cleaning them easier. Haven't tried anything else though.

GTechniq I1. Whatever you decide to use, be sure to have good ventilation as most fabric protectors are very toxic.

I just found a bottle of wolfs chemicals fabric protector in my garage sprayed my seats yesterday, time will Tell how well it works and holds up..

Just this month, I've used Gtechniq I1 Smart Fabric on the floor mats and a convertible top. With what little rain we have had since, the top beaded up nicely.
Here again, time will tell how it holds up. But just ordered some more today anyway.

My vote goes to gtechniq. I love that stuff but it's pricey.

I am thinking about the Gtechniq but do you guys think the 100 ml will be enough to do all the seats in a Civic? I don't want to spend $50 for the 500ml.

Used to be I'd recommend 3M Scotchgard for Auto.
Nowadays it's 303 products.

However:
I ran out of 303 the other week...and the Wife found the below product while shopping at one of the larger discount stores (It's also available at AGO per below link).

-I was surprisingly pleased with its application process.
-Upon being totally dried: I subjected the seats to a "water spill test".
-Once again: I was surprisingly pleased!!

Stoner Fabprotex Fabric & Carpet Protector: Fabric & Carpet waterproofing and stain protector! stain blocker, carpet stain repellant, fabric

{^^^You get 443.602 ml for $12.00^^^}

I don't want to spend $50 for the 500ml.

Honestly, it would be hard to say. Depends on how big your seats are but I'm willing to bet you won't have enough for complete coverage IMO. You could buy 2 100ml bottles which is $26 in that case you might as well spend $50 for the 500ml.

I agree with JHL88, ya don't want to run out before ya finish doing the seats.
I'm sure you will find more uses for the product later on.

Thanx mate , might give it a shot when I run out of 303 .

How long do the spray on fabric protectors like 303 last before requiring a reapplication??

I used close to half a gallan of 303 fabric guard in my nissan altima. Gtechniq seems good just too expensive.

Thanks for the recommendation Bob, I wasn't even aware that product existed. Might have to see if it's available locally since it's out of stock on AG.

What do you have, a stretch limo? I did an Altima S with 16oz. You just need to coat the top of the fibers, no need to soak the whole seat.

I just got the Gtechniq I1 from different recommendations. I just got a new car due to my previous being totaled so I wanted to start off right with protected seats. Hopefully this stuff works well as it's is very expensive. The videos and reviews are good the few that I found anyways.

I soaked the fabric. Wanted to make sure it was on there.

LOL

What I noticed after doing my seats, they feel kinda sticky like and getting in and out I just don't slide anymore... They were dried for two days in the garage with windows open..
