best recommendations to fix wheels

hello so i was wondering if anyone new of a product that i could use to get rid of these what appear to be rust spots in the corner of my rims it doesnt seem like its pitted or anything just that its sitting on top of the chrome i've tried turtle wax chrome polish and rust remover and it got rid of some of it but it doesnt seem to do much more if i cant get rid of it maybe if anyone knows of a good product i can use to keep it from getting any worse.

Nevrdull should clean it right up. And how lucky for you it can be purchased at just about any autoparts store. Comes in a metal can.

As long as you cannot feel it (pitting) a good chrome polish should indeed help. Coat them with a wheel sealant like DP or Poorboys for protection in future.
