Best soap for foam cannon

Hey guys, i just got my very own foam cannon/lance today, and have been playing around with it ever since. The company included some ## Citrus wash and gloss, which really foamed well, but i wanted to know if you guys have any concerns with the ## product, and if you had any recommendations of other soaps to try. Also, does the CWG strip the wax? If you have pics of your guys foam that would be great too.

If you Google foam cannon or foam gun you'll find links to pictures and videos.
From what I understand, foam guns are used on standard garden hoses. Foam lances are for pressure washers and AG has a new model that can be used with a air compressor.

I don't like Citrus Wash & Gloss for regular washes. I know Chemical Guys says to use I think like half an ounce for regular washes, but still, it's meant to be an aggressive paint cleanser and behaves that way at any dillution ratio.

The regular garden-hose-powered foam cannon seems to work well with everything. I have even tried my foam cannon with the cheaper over-the-counter car wash soaps such as RainX Foaming Car Wash Soap, Meguiar's Deep Crystal Car Wash, Black Magic Wet Shine Car Wash, etc. and I had great results every time.

I have heard that DP Xtreme Foam Formula and Optimum Car Wash are both particularly foamy and frothy car wash soaps that work extremely well with the foam cannon. If you want anything foamier than that, just spray some whipped cream on your car.:righton:

I got my foam lance from Rick at PolishedBliss of UK and love it! You can try different shampoos to see what works best for you, but I will tell you that if it works well in a foam gun, it will work well in a foam lance. Chemical Guys Citrus Wash Clear works well, I like it even better then Citrus wash and gloss, as I don't see any gloss separating, and requiring remixing, as I buy soap in gallons and use pump dispenser to dispense soap (1 oz per pump, excellent measuring tool). 2 oz +30 oz of water all it takes to produce shaving cream. I've noticed that DP xtreme foam formula works even better, producing thicker shaving cream. SO far I've never been dissapointed by DP Xtreme formula soap and will continue to purchase more.
Yes, my foam lance is the same as it is in a posted video.
 
Hello, what about using a manual pressure foam spray ? Does it work ? And what is the best soap to get foam ? Thank you.
