Best Way To Clean Dual Exhaust Tips?

So I'm looking for the best way to clean dual exhaust tips to like chrome... Should I use wax paste? Clay bar? Automotive soap? Do all work? Or specific exhaust cleaner is needed? Thanks...

Fine grade 0000 steel wool

Steel wool 000 or 0000. All day long. Should pull most stuff off.

I like the results I get with Flitz Metal Polish & Restorer in the tube. Can't say I have tried anything else besides soap and elbow grease, though.

I use iron x,then p21s polishing soap with 0000 steel wool,then hd metal polish,then a sealant,just did a 2015 vette...AUTO ONE DETAILING...on facebook...have fun keep detailing

I spray wheel cleaner in them and use a Daytona Speedbrush (style, a cheap lookalike) to clean them on the inside. P21S on the outside.

0000 Steel wool works but be careful it can mark up some tips. I prefer this Lake Country Exhaust Polishing Sponge and some metal cleaner/polish.
