Hello,

Simple question; is BH Touch-Less safe to use often? Or will it be harsh on the paint? I’m talking about an uncoated car which I recently used CarPro descale on to remove old wax.

Thank you.

It's a High PH pre-wash to help get off as much before a contact wash.

No need to use it before coating/sealing/waxing the car.
It's used after it's been LSP as part of the wash process.

It strips Collinite 845 in about 3 washes if used as a pre-wash for each one. No visible degradation of trims or plastics to report. Cleans like a MOFO.

For light cleaning you can use it at a 2% PIR. That should get the dirt off without your LSP taking a big hit.

It does some people just wanna see that foam though...I could care less, does it clean? Yes. Ok good.

I have it mixed at 4 pct PIR in an IK Foam Pro 12. At that strength, I see it as an 'as needed' product. It does an outstanding job on road film for sure.

I feel it is certainly tailored towards those cars that don't get washed often, especially at the higher PIR. I just love it's strength even though it is OP for what I ask of it save the once a year side-job on something neglected. I have not measured it via the PIR method. I have always used 2oz of whatever product I am using in my cannon, with the touchless I use only 1.5oz, 2.5oz on the rare tough job. My wife's car gets it at my full strength but I also wash her car maybe 3-4 times a year so it needs it.
