Bingo dauber?????

Did an interior only detail on a ford explorer today..what looked like a cigarette burn mark was actually bingo dauber!!!! Anyone know anything i can use to remove it..

I would go with OPC (newest version)5:1 or try Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel.They both work well and are safe on interior but try a small inconspicuous section first.
