Hello all. I just finished up this black Escalade and wanted to show it off. It was pretty beat down. The client did not want a full correction so we settled in with a one step. I did do a two step with WGTSR on the trunk lid since it was very bad and wanted to show how much nicer it would look with even just a two step. Wheels where pretty bad and had some oxidation. Only did the faces as they did not want me to take the wheels off for a more thorough cleaning. Although I did just an all in one, I liked the results very much and so did the owners.
Here is a list of products used:
- CG honeydew Snow Foam
- Meguiars Clay bars
- CG Diablo Wheel Gel 4:1
- CG Grime Reaper
- PCXP
- CG ALL in One Polish with a green hexlogic pad
- WGTSR with an orange CCS pad (Trunk Lid)
- CG Metal Polish
- DG Aquawax
- DG tire dressing
- CG G6 hypercoat
- Meguiars APC 10:1
- Meguiars APC 4:1 for the tough spots
- CG Innerclean
- Stoners Invisible Glass
- CG Lether cleaner and Conditioner
Here are some before pics
Before the wash
Here we go
After washing this is what I found
Clean?
Nope
Water Spots
Paint Transfers
pine resin all over
This came off the wheels
and a very (more than the rest) scratched up rear trunk lid
and THIS CAME OFF THE FIRST PANEL I CLAYED
And the inside
Ok enough before. These are the afters. Considering it was just a one step, I was very happy with the results.
