Black soot back of white GTR r35

I have been cleaning this GTR for a year now and told the owner to have it wax or coated but he don't want to listen. Today I get the car and he wants it detailed for a car show to raise money for the local hospital ( good stuff). I'm stuck trying to remove this stuborn black soot from the back. It looks like it has stained the paint. Clay bar does help somewhat but doesn't remove it fully. I tried it with harsh degreasers nothing happens.

Soot from turbo cars on white paint I always had great luck with zaino all in one or duragloss 501.

I'm waiting for my order to come in not totally ready for work yet. Our business usually starts end of April beginning of May. But I couldn't pass this out! donating the money back to the hospital
