BLACKFIRE Midnight Sun Spray Wax, spray car wax, aerosol wax

So yesterday I got the wife to help wash and detail her Sonata. We washed and dried it together and she did the interior. She loved the CG Silk Shine. She is by no means a lover of detailing so it's always good to get her feedback on the products I give her to use.

She cleaned her leather seats with Pinnacle Leather Cleaner and Conditioner. No pics but it removed blue jean dye transfer on her grey leather seats like a dream.

No plan to wax or anything like that.

So I thought, hey what will be the fastest product with the best results? HMMM.

To me most detailing sprays are just an interim product and have very little longevity. So sitting there on my shelf was my Blackfire MS Carnauba Spray Wax.

Now I know why I bought a half gallon of this stuff after Nick gave me a free sample to post a review last summer.

Thanks Nick.

This stuff rocks!

I didn't take before pictures because this was so dirty it was embarrassing. So I'll just post up the afters.

The biggest thing with this stuff is you can feel confident it's actually leaving behind some protection that will last longer than a few days or a week.

If you don't have this BF product it's definitely something you want to have in your arsenal. It's fast and easy to apply and the results are excellent.

Totally agree. This outclassed every spray wax product I've ever tried. It took a lot to get me away from Duragloss Aquawax but I really love this stuff.

I'm currently smitten by Blackfire's Polymer Spray. How does the Carnauba Spray differ? Is it simply a sealant vs carnauba appearance difference?

That is some good stuff!! Blackfire products are top notch!! I have 2 Bottles of the Spray Wax! Awesome review!

Still not convinced.

Even if I needed more durability I'd just top my Aquawax with Optimum Car wax if I was going to use a spray wax, meaning what I'd already applied a week or two earlier. I wouldn't use one then the other in the same day, but top one with the other and discontinue one products use. Then again, I don't want to have to buy yet another spray wax.

Mine was a free gift included in an order, so I probably would have never tried to venture away from my Aquawax if not for that. They got me hooked!

I agree. It is a really nice spray wax. Has a nice luxurious feel and leaves the paint very slick.

I've used the Polymer Spray for quite a while, IMHO it's a little better than V7. It's an appearance product for quick wipe downs and I use it often. The CSW is much more than that. You do need to take a little more time applying it and removing it but it's well worth the extra few minutes. I see a place for both products in my detailing arsenal.

Count me in another fan of this stuff. Bought a gallon of it!

Goes on easy, looks great and even smells good.

Now I just have to go through the pain of using all the other spray waxes left over :(

Have a gallon of OCW to get through but tempted to try this

I have the polymer spray, and while I DO like it, I'm not that crazy about it.... It does seem to "repel" the dust better then my normal fav d156.... And I'm sure it has better longevity also, but at $20 a bottle it won't get replenished in my arsenal after I'm finished with it.
