Can anyone tell me what consistency is this product? I got a sample a month ago and was gonna use it over the weekend. When i open it, it's really watery. I thought the consistency should be like a lotion but it's very watery. I shake it vigorously and it's still water. I didn't want to risk and use it.
 
BFWD is thin for a reason, and that's ease of application. Your sample is perfectly normal. Shake it well, apply thin, let dry to a haze, and buff off to a whiplash inducing shine. :dblthumb2:
 
Shake it well and my BFWD is bluish liquid with a consistency like olive oil.
It is definitely not watery.

Thanks. Yeah, you're right. It's not lotion thick but yeah, olive oil thick.

I found you need to shake BFWD VERY WELL. Not 5-10 seconds, more like a full minute. Then once shaken and mixed well, you'll need to shake for a few seconds more before each time you add some to your applicator.
I've had a bottle that was just like water but after shaking very well, it became thicker, more like a thin paint in consistency.

Another good description..."thin paint" yeah, that's what i got. But you're right, you gotta shake that thing up. It's like there's oil and water color. You could see the separation.

Shake longer, that separation should go away and it will be a little thicker. I had some of the old formula do that and I literally had to shake it for 5 minutes straight with a lot of effort before the product set up properly.

5 mins? wow, that's a lot of shaking :)

mine sat for a month. At first when i just got it, it was in nice consistency. I guess "something" de-emulsified and i thought it went bad. Glad you guys know what's going on. Thanks
 
It does thin out and separate after sitting, the longer it sits the harder it is to blend it all again :D
