I received this product with some others through and Autogeek giveaway. I got the box of products and was pleasantly surprise at the generosity of AG. I figured I would get one product to review, but wound up with a bunch.
I opened up the box and pulled out the products and when I got to the Blackfire Wet Diamond Glass Cleaner I thought to myself "What the heck do I need another glass cleaner for?" The market is saturated with glass cleaners and I have used more than my fair share. So needless to say I was not jazzed about trying out another glass cleaner. I'm glad I did! I tried the Blackfire WDGC on my wife's totally nasty bug infested water spotted windshield. I sprayed some on my waffle weave glass towel and some on the windshield (the spray on the windshield foamed up unlike any other glass cleaner I have tried) and started wiping. I was kind of shocked (you know the way when you really don't expect anything much to happen). The baked on bugs, the dirt, and the water spots (not the years on type) came off easily and the glass looked great, no streaks! Happy days!
I used to be a Stoners fan. I always said nothing beats Stoners for good old clean glass. Blackfire WDGC works as good or better--and it's supposed to be mild (that's what the label says), but it really cuts through gunk. I used it outside in the shade, temperature around 85 degrees about 60 percent humidity, no problems. My current favorite is Wolfgang Perfekt Vision Glass Cleaner because it leaves a slick nonstick coating on the windshield, but the cleaning abilities leave a bit to be desired. I will be using Blackfire WDGC and follow it up with Wolfgang PVGC and Blackfire WDGC will be my go to interior glass cleaner from now on. Don't pass this one up just because you think you have tried them all.
Sorry about the lack of pictures. I have never really mastered the "clean glass shot".
