Blue streak pearl Ram sport

Hey guys, its been a long time since I've posted, unfortunately didn't have a chance to do a lot of detailing this year as I was too busy with my full time job but I did get a few details in the first one I'll post is my brand new 2016 Ram Sport. I picked the truck up Aug 30th and finally had a chance to do a full detail on it mid sept.

The process:

Exterior:
Washed with my foam cannon
Paint clayed
Tires and all rubber trim cleaned with griots rubber cleaner
Factory paint defects removed with my DA, orange pad and swirl remover
Hit it with Meguiars machine glaze and a black pad
Paint wiped down with 50/50 IPA and water
Coated with a 9H nano coating
Chrome polished with T-cut chrome polish
Glass clayed and coated with Wolfs glass coating
Tires Dressed

Interior:
I keep my vehicles clean so basically just gave it a wipe down, vacuum, cleaned the glass, and all the leather and vinyl surfaces were hit with Optimum leather protectant

Good-looking Ram! That blue was my first pick when I was truck shopping as it looks beautiful, but I settled for Flame Red.

Blue Steak Pearl is by far my favorite automotive paint color and effect. There is nothing better than a Blue Streak Pearl Dodge Challenger, but a Ram is good too! Great job!

Thanks for all the comments guys, I appreciate it. I love the colour thats for sure, the downside is its probably one of the crappiest factory paint jobs I've ever seen, but that seems to be a common complaint about the trucks coming from the warren plant.

Here's another pic, I added these decals to my wheels the other day, the opinion on them seems to be split 50/50 and I'm not 100% sure how I feel about them yet either, I will say they do look better in person than in pictures.

I recommend it, especially with the deals going on right now. You can pick one up for 20-30% off MSRP. The single cab express is a really cool truck though, I guess it comes down to whether you want the extra features and space or not.

One thing I would mention is if you do look at any make sure you look it over thoroughly before purchasing it. It didn't take me until I got home to realize how bad the orange peel is on this thing along with finding some dirt nibs in the paint in random places as well as a glass defect. Either way it is what it is with the paint and the dealer ordered me a new door glass to replace the messed up one, other than that I'm loving the truck.
