Hi guys , long time no see , some of my latest
neglected , ruined , no shine , 3 hard days of cleaning , polishing ....., original paint was removed and it's painted in matte black , then again they removed matt paint , at last they applied original Black Sapphire Metallic but paint job is done like s..t .
before pics
washed 2 times , then clayed with 3M clay bar ( quick wax used as a lubricator ) , then washed again
this is clay bar just after hood and fenders
masking
some parts required sanding to remove orange peel and dust from clear , i have used 3M 260L P1500 for dry sand and finished with Trizact P3000 for damp ( not wet ) sand , Trizact gives very uniform surface and it's easy to polish after.
All done with rotary , first 3M Fast Cut Plus , then 3M Extrafina Plus , holograms removed with 3M Ultrafina SE , pads used also 3M ( green,yellow,blue ) in 150 mm and 220 mm double sided with adapter M14 for rotary polisher.
On top applied Collinite 845 in 2 layers ( 3 hrs cure between layers ) , harsh weather condition in my country is coming so it's best possible choice of wax by far .
