Boat Detailing

Hello Everyone,

Okay, My dad bought a new boat and I detailed it on Sunday. Everything looks good other than the Aluminum, has a lot of pitting and is very oxidized and nasty looking. I tried Megs All Metal Polish, Eagle One Never Dull and M105. The lesser damaged areas cleaned up but a lot of the deeper pitting is still there, What product would be good to knock out the more severe pitting?

Try M105 on a more cutting pad (yellow). Also, if you're using a DA, you might want to use a rotary for more cutting power.

Also, have you tried wetsanding?

Thanks for the response. I didn't try wet sanding, but I will try that. I'm going to see if I have any photos to post so you can see that might help lol!
