OCD Detailing

We were detailing a 52 Chevy Sunday and one of the neighbors wanted to know if we could do his boat. It's a 21 foot "fishing boat" deep V bottom with a cabin under the bow. He wanted the gel coat buffed out as well as interior cleaned. I didn't get a chance to look inside but from where I was the condition didn't look bad. We haven't had a chance to do a boat so I'm unsure how to quote it. We are in Orange County, CA. I was thinking 30$ per foot but not sure if that is in the range of what others may charge.
