Bumper replaced. That had fresh paint obviosly
The cloudy lower portion was probably swapped from the original bumper (not new) (afaik, not painted/blended)

I'm not entirely sure but the matte portion looks like it was*scuffed* for clear coat but it never got clear .

I did not notice it upon pickup 1 month ago, and drove it straight from the bodyshop to the detailer for re-ppf.

Going to bring it back to the collision shop to get their opinion....
I'd don't got it be a blaming game....maybe it won't. Maybe it was just scuffed for clear and not cleared ?

Anyhow, for those with keen eyes, what does the rear diffuser look like. Pre-scuffed for clear and it's just that simple or burned clear when they did the final delivery prep and did the usual rotary buffing galore

Looks like maybe it was cleared...wet sanded for minor flaws and then never polished

Thanks for the third POV. I don't think it was painted to *blend* but I suppose that may have been the case.
Crazy it's so obvious when you look at it but I totally missed this when picking it up

I agree with Bosko, looks like they were doing some color sanding and just didn't polish it out.
