Bonnets

Is it okay to remove wax and polish with a microfiber bonnet or is there something softer for removing polish if so can you tell me the brand and do they sell it in a 6inch? Also I read you can remove wax with terry cloth bonnet then go over the vehicle with a micro fiber bonnet? What do you guys do?
