Ive been reading good things about the GG Boss system. I have been using my Rupes polishers for a few years now. Ill prob end up picking up a boss but in the meantime just wanna try out the pads and polish on a correction I have booked the weekend. Its a black non ceramic (no C before paint code, arent they all ceramic anyways?) Benz thats just trashed?

Anyone try them out on a 15 or 21 yet?

Can the boss MF pads and fast correction cream cut through heavy defect?

Can it cut and finish with minimal or no haze?

Dust?

Thanks for the input!

Have you seen my review on the BOSS creams and pads yet?

The MF pad and fast correcting cream are made to obliterate heavy defects.

It can cut through defects and finish LSP ready. But the finishing LSP ready will highly depend on the type of paint you have. It's possible that soft paints might haze. You need to do a test spot to see what combination works best for what you're trying to achieve.

The BOSS creams produce minimal dust. But there is still some.

I don't see why it wouldn't work on the Rupes machines. It might not just make the Rupes polisher balanced because Rupes says it's designed to be balanced with the use of the Rupes foam pads. But would it stop me from using the BOSS creams and pads? Definitely not.

Thank you, I read your review. It's a big reason I wanna try it out. I like my megs mf pads but the go boss mf pads looking really nice

They will work just fine on the Rupes and even other 8mm DA tools. The pads may not be quite as smooth as the Rupes pads because of the difference in pad weight, but it will be very minimal.

I don't really notice any dust while working, but you will get some when blowing out the pads.

The Fast Correct and BOSS MF cut and finish very well. Want even more cut and you can use the Fast Cut MF pads. :props:

This was Fast Correct and a Fast MF pad on a white Audi S4

Ya I worked on a white Audi it was mount Rushmore hard lol.

The fast cut is awesome on the g21

Youd prob only notice the difference of imbalance at speed 5 and 6
With that said even though I like the Boss pads better then the Rupes
Get yourself some low pros..or perhaps some thin pros

im a bit confused which MF pad to get, there is a BOSS MF pad ( has hole in the middle) that says removes light to moderate imperfectation then a MF fast cutting pad that removed heavy defects? I thought there was only one MF pad in the system?
