Anyone know their way around these small engines ? I’m trying to find out if I can re-clock the pull starter. New engine coming is setup at 6:00 o’clock and old engine is at 12:00 o’clock . It may interfere on my log splitter. And I might have an issue. Thanks

Are you talking about the ripcord position?

They are a basically a metal cage. You should be able to rotate where you want it.
I have taken the pull coils apart on a few machines after I was the lucky one to pull the cord out.
 
Yeah I was talking about the pull cord. Now I just found out the new replacement engine is discontinued. They must change them every week.
