It's a crappy life living with a single car garage. Everything is wedged everywhere and stuff falls.

All of a sudden - my Rupes just fell and the carbon plastic piece on top flew off. I didn't trip over the cord. It just fell on its own. The machine itself it fine.

I know I can get a new piece from Buff Daddy, but I think I can fix it to be just as good if not better.

I will follow up shortly when it is done & how it worked out. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has done this.

We have spare parts too. ;) If you bought the machine from us send me a PM with your order number and I'll send out a replacement.

You guys are awesome..! BTW :) you can send me all the free products for me to try out on my cars and neighbors cars that you want to :) ( smile smile) Yes I am sure that won't happen but who says I can't try :).

Anyways, awesome response and great customer service and caring about your customers..

Awesome Customer service! 'Nuff said! :) :xyxthumbs:

One car garage here too, it sure does suck!!!

Good part on AGO for the replacement.

Not much grinds me more than when I trip over the cord of my polisher, and it falls off the cart.

That's the weird thing. I didn't trip over the cord. It just fell. It wasn't near the edge.

I think I have ghosts.

Temp fix with a carriage bolt & nut til I get the new piece Nick was nice enough to send for free.

Nicely done and probably better and stronger than new. Sorry it happened, though. Don't feel too bad...i have several embarrasing stories myself over the years. And this wasn't even your fault.

Does the 5 min epoxy really hold the nut on well?

No. Epoxy failed. The carriage bolt through (pics above) works 100% perfect.

But,

Thanks Nick.

AGO Delivers !!!!!

Check out my Rupes swag.

Tomorrow I'm buying a new construction house. I'm going to sign the builders contract with the Rupe's pen.

Same here on the single car garage. Yes it's cramped & it sucks with 3 cars. Never the less, I'm happy to have what I have. It's better than parking a show car outside. The other one sits in a storage unit.
