Doing my first detail on an older car and getting lots of paint color and oxidation on buffer pad? Do you ever clean the pads? Is this normal and use pad until it falls apart?

I think you are detailing a vehicle with a single stage paint job. And yes, I do clean the pads. I use the Wolfgang product with great success.
