I was wondering if anyone has any experience dealing with the BuffPro buffer. It operates on an axial basis versus the standated high speed buffer. While I have been using a ROB for quite a while now, I do need to add services. Everything that I read on high speed buffers informs that damage to paint can be very quick and I am not sure if this is the way to go.
On the other hand, it appears the BuffPro can accomplish the same things without creating holagrams, etc in the paint.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

It is important to note that while the BuffPro may not create holograms or other such defects, being a rotary tool theoretically it could still have the capacity to burn paint if left in one spot too long.

Honestly I would think that taking the time to learn how to properly use a traditional rotary buffer would be the best investment you could make resulting in a valuable and versatile asset for your skill-set over the long haul. There are a lot of people out there using rotaries and not creating additional defects in the paint they're working on. Plus if you have an orbital buffer in your arsenal it could still be used for final polishing on multi-step correction jobs.

Which rotary buffer would you recommend?

I must admit I have doubts about the BuffPro and wanted feedback. Being a car buff, and attending and judging at many car shows, it is very apparent to me that a standard high speed buffer can achieve a very high level paint finish.

Also, any recommendations of products would be greatly appreciated.
