I need to clean the bug deflector. Any suggestions on what cleaner and sealant I should use maybe with my PC dual action polisher?

Is it dirty or scratched? I'd probably use some APC diluted first.

Any bug shield I've come across are pretty soft (meaning they scratch easy), so kinda go gentle as to not make more of a mess.
