what would i use to clean the white from the front air dams?

Built up wax? Hit it with good APC or MOTHERS TRIM CLEANER. Then seal it with any of the good trim sealants offered here.

The Wolfgang Exterior Trim Sealant will turn it a nice, rich black again but remember to clean it as well as you can first using some type of all purpose cleaner.
