Hey guys

I was just wondering if this blade would damage my cars paint?
I dont remember even seen a detailer use one but i do see a lot of hand car washes use wiper blades to dry cars faster.
I remember seeing a show from the uk i think, they compared a regular gas station type car wash, hand car wash using this kinda of blades and there was another one that i cant remember right now. They proved which out of the 3 was the best solution for faster drying.

what are ur thoughts?

they are fast for getting water off the paint, but can mar the paint very easily. If you plan on polishing after washing then they really arent too bad. Otherwise a chamois or ww is the best for drying safely. I use a water blade on the windows to get water off quickly, but it will never touch the paint.

I use one and use it on the unpolished cars whenever I'm drying. I'll use it on the polished cars if I'm pressed for time, otherwise I prefer to do the flooding method. Haven't had any problems using it.

thanks for the input guys.

I usually use the flooding method as well ..
