Just wanted to do a roll call of the Hawaii detailers on this forum.

I guess i'll start it. My name is Alex from Honolulu and i am an addict.

Ohh and i forgot to mention. It'll be good to keep a roll call of the Hawaii detailers but the main reason i wanted to create this thread is to possibly meet up, share shipping costs on products not available here locally, or share/split products purchased locally or on Autogeek.

Damn. I was just thinking about the thought of splitting the shipping. I had to pay over $100 when I bought my hot water extractor off of AGO.

Sup guys, name's Jay and i'm on Oahu. Many times if u need larger items shipped in cheaper theres a few ways to do it.

1) For gallon sized or larger boxed items that Pakshak doesn't carry, you can contact Ranney or Ron and maybe they can order it for you for their next pallet. I've done this with them before and its mutually beneficial.

2) Order online with businesses that can ship "Parcel Post" from the USPS. This is the cheapest way to ship to the islands, but takes longer. I think the longest I waited was 2-3 weeks. I order 5 gal containers shipped from the mainland for about $55 each multiple times a year. The key is, to order it well in advance that the shipping time doesn't matter. with UPS or Fedex you're paying way too much.

I'm sure there may be a few more, they just haven't seen the thread yet.

Howzit! Not super big into detailing but I like a clean vehicle. Just wanted to check out what people using, techniques, products, tips, etc...

Sup guys, James here from Pearl City. I don't detail as a profession but like to keep the vehicles in the household looking great. Thinking of getting one of those foam cannons....have any of you had any experience with them?
