Hi. I just got a new motorcycle and am prepping it for a ceramic coating.
I noticed on the tires there are some green rings. I presumed they were paint like the dots that I have already removed easily with some rubbing alcohol.
I have tried the following on these rings with no progress whatsoever :
rubbing alcohol , brake cleaner, acetone, goo gone, goof off, mineral spirits, tarminator and brake cleaner.
it’s not ‘in’ the rubber as a dremel with a sanding cylinder and it came right off. Obviously this would leave rings from sanding the rubber.. ahh.
any suggestions? I’m quite frustrated with this now. Thanks.
