Hi, I sent a email to customer service about my account, but have not heard any respond yet.
Is it because my email did not go through it? Or filtered? Or busy customer service?
Since this week, somehow I cannot see any my previous orders.
I have ordered a few items this year and I normally keep taking what I've ordered, remind me before I order next one. But somehow there is no order history on my account.
I just placed an order last week and got new stuff today, but the order is not my account history.
Can anyone help me please?
