Can I delete a thread I started?

Hi,
I just posted a thread in one of the forums (my first) and it came out with no carriage returns for sentences and paragraphs and is pretty unreadable. I believe it was the browser I was using. I did repost it as a reply, but would like to delete it and start over. The only reply so far was from Mike Philips which looks like a routine reply for first - posters.

Sure, I'll have a Moderator take care of it.

I'm a big fan of welcoming new members to the forum... even if it's short and sweet... I save the long replies for how-to questions...

I made the same mistakes with my first two thread I started. Late at night, spelling errors and just came out wrong if you could take a look at it! If you don't word anything right its like being thrown to the wolves
