Can I remove curb scuffs from tires

I got a little too close to the curb in my motorhome I'll parking and now I have shallow scratches along with the side wall I was wondering if I could but or see a in the mountain still have them be glossy while dressed

Cleaning the tire can minimize it, but in my experience the only thing that makes it go away is time when they are bad scuffs. As the carbon black and the petroleum wax embedded in the tire rubber works its way to the outer surface it will go away. The tire is trying to heal itself, kind of like how a scab forms after you scrap your knee or something. The blooming you see where the scuff is the stuff migrating to the outer surface.
 
I wonder if a heat gun would work. Just thinking out loud.
 
I would hit the tire with a stiff brush and APC or McKees 37 Tire Rejuvenator and then dress the tire with your choice of tire dressing or coating. I've had scuffs like that before on tires and this minimizes the scratches and they tend to not be noticeable.
