Can "Lake Country Foam Car Wash Sponge" be washed with microfiber cloths?

Hey,

The sponge works well and takes up a fair amount of grit, most of which can get pressed out in the rinse bucket. But will the sponge hold up in a gentle cycle in a washing machine? Should it be washed with microfiber cloth?
