Canadian Customs / How Long ...

Hi Guys,

Anyone have experience with Canadian Customs how long they hold packages ?
Im await a package from AG.
2009/03/0316:54 MISSISSAUGA, ON International item arrived in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs 2009/03/01 10:17
International item has left the origin country and is en route to Canada 2009/02/25 10:30
International item mailed in origin country
 
I had a package come from canada it took close to 2.1/2 weeks to get here .It was a uk backing plate and some 3m pads small package.I sent back a backing plate to calgery have to check if it got there yet also but was told at least 10 days it would take.
 
i had to send my intake manifold to a shop in canada. it was at customs for 4 days total. on the way back to me it was only at customs for a day. i asked the shop that i sent the manifold to if he had a "connection" with customs, he said he usually will slip a ten dollar bill in the box and it speeds things up. not sure how true it is or not.
 
It was just Released from customs !

Yeaay.....
