CanCoat Evo Shelf Life?

I have a bottle of CanCoat Evo I used one time 18 months ago. I'm looking to polish & re-apply soon. The bottle has been stored in my basement which stays in the 60° range. I shook the contents & it hasn't seemed to thicken up any. Would you still use it or should I toss it & purchase another?
