CanCoat on matte paint

Hey Jeff, ya out there?

Wanna let my neighbor have at it with CanCoat but now sure how it will affect the matte black on the Jeep hood...any thoughts?

Hello!

Yes I am alive!

CanCoat will be fine over the vinyl. It will "richen" the black just a bit but will not add any gloss or sheen. Apply as you would the paint, maybe just slightly heavier to make sure we get good absorption and then wipe off excess immediately.

No problem using the Gyeon Q2 CanCoat any matte vinyl decals. Gyeon also offers Q2 Matte coating.
