cant get a call back?

In the past 2 weeks I have called Autogeek about a issue with a product and I keep getting peoples voicemail and have yet to receive any calls back. In the past I've gotten someone on each call or a call back the same day. I don't know what's going on that 2 weeks go by and several voicemails are going unanswered, but I'm not very happy about it. This is affecting my work and need it resolved now. Can someone get in touch with me??
 
Not sure which extension you are pressing but you can always get a live person during business hours by pressing zero.

If you called right now it would be 05:38. That would be funny IMO :cool:
 
Hey we are here, Dwayne and I were both fulling work at that time, might be 530am for you all but it was 730am for us! Like Dwayne said you might need to hit O for operator because I am not sure where you are leaving messages but we return all calls within hours unless of course its midnight or a Sunday!
 
I called during normal hours. I pressed the extension for technical support I think. I got a different voicemail each time. One was a guy, but can't remember the name, the other was Penny. I left a message each time with my callback number. I'm still puzzled why I never got a call back?

Anyway I'll try calling again today and hit zero this time and hopefully get this resolved.

Received the new backing plate. Thanks Dwayne. Sorry I haven't sent the picture of the one that failed yet, I've been very busy. But I will get that out to you.
