Car Covers around $100

Im heading off to college next year and my car (e46) will be parked outside for long periods of time so I am shopping for a car cover. I started looking for car covers on amazon but it seems that lots of them are poorly reviewed.

Im looking for something highly water resistant/proof and dust proof. Do any of you know some quality car covers for around $100?
