I've been researching car covers. I live in a very rainy area. I have no ability to cover the car with a garage, etc. I've done some research and come to the following conclusions:
Here's where I'm at. I have an idea to use 2 car covers. One indoor satin car cover that is BREATHABLE as the first layer. And then over top of this, an outdoor car cover.
Here are the two products I could use:
Any thoughts?
- Cheap car covers are a dime a dozen.
- Cheap car covers can scratch a car.
- Car covers don't seem to have very good insulating soft properties.
- Car covers need to breathe to allow moisture to escape from the surface of the vehicle.

- I will have the outdoor car cover sewn onto the indoor satin car cover
- I will spray the outdoor car cover with a silicon waterproofing spray to make it extra water resistent and waterproof
