CarPro DLux on Vinyl stripes

I have a 2011 Ford Mustang GTCS with matte vinyl stripes on the sides and trunk lid. Has anyone used DLUX on stripes like that with success? Since it looks great on my plastic trim, I wondered about decals. Thanks in advance for the advice!

It would probably add a shine to your matte stripes. If you don't mind that, then perhaps you should give it a shot, starting with an inconspicuous test spot.
