Carpro flyby forte application temp?

I looked on the instructions and website but can not find an answer. Is there a recommended temp range for application of flyby forte? I was going to put it on today but is high of 38F here and didn't know if would cure at that temp?

Turn on your defroster for a few or hit it with a hair dryer.
